Hi, I’m Jessica

I’m delighted to be your tutor on this exciting journey into the wonderful world of jewellery making!

With over 10 years of experience, I’ve had the joy of teaching countless students, helping them turn their creative dreams into beautiful, tangible pieces of jewellery and silverware.

My love for silversmithing goes beyond just crafting; it’s all about sharing the joy and skills that come with it. That’s why I created the Cognac Jewellery School Online membership. I just want to make jewellery for fun

Fantastic! We want learning to be fun too! Each project teaches you to make a wearable piece of jewellery through bite sized steps, so you can get results without getting bogged down in technical details. If you do want to dive into techniques, bonus buttons can be found alongside the course steps.

I already have some jewellery making skills

  • I have over ten years experience designing, making, and teaching Jewellery and Silversmithing, using traditional and modern techniques.

    I first learned my craft at the Kingham Jewellery School in Oxfordshire, England and then at the historic Guild of Handicraft in Chipping Campden.

    With four years of dedicated training, I honed a wide variety of metal-working skills creating both intricate jewellery and large-scale silverware, including designing and creating commissions for prominent figures.

    My journey led me back to the Kingham Jewellery School as a tutor, where I taught and shared my silversmithing skills while simultaneously launching my own award-winning jewellery brand.

    I now live in the heart of the Cognac Region of France at the Château de Puyguiller, where I continue to share my knowledge and creativity as the founder of the Cognac Jewellery School.
