PLEASE NOTE: Online Courses are NOT a subscription or recurring payment. Once you have purchased an online course it is yours to keep forever and revisit as many times as you like. At the checkout the button will read ‘Purchase Membership’ but don’t be alarmed. You are purchasing ‘membership’ to that specific online course only. We cannot change the wording on this button and we apologise for any confusion.

Payment

Currency: All rates are in Euros and must be paid in Euros. If you are purchasing from outside the Eurozone you payment will be converted into your local currency by your payment provider on checkout.

Currency conversions in USD, pound sterling and AUD are shown on the payment page. These are an approximation only and members should confirm currency conversions with their financial institutions.

Refund Policy

We think you’ll love your online jewellery course but if you discover it isn’t for you please email us at hello@cognacjewelleryschool.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Please note: once you have cancelled your online course you will no longer have access to the course or any of the content contained within.
