Payment

The Cognac Jewellery school has two payment options available for Membership: Monthly Payments or Annual Payments.

Currency: All rates are in Euros and must be paid in Euros.

Currency conversions are shown on the payment page. These are an approximation only and members should confirm currency conversions with their financial institutions.

All Payments must be processed through our website.  Payments accepted: Credit card, Debit card, Paypal and Apple Pay

Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Terms

Membership begins on the date of purchase and continues for the duration of the month/year unless canceled. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@cognacjewelleryschool.com.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to your Membership until the end of your current billing cycle.

Access and Use

Membership access is granted solely to the individual who enrolled. Sharing your login credentials is prohibited.

You agree to use the Membership content for personal learning purposes only and not for commercial use or distribution.

Content Ownership

All content provided in the Program, including videos, documents, and other materials, is owned by Cognac Jewellery School and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction of the content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cognac Jewellery School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any of our online courses.

The Cognac Jewellery School is not liable if the website or any of its contents are unavailable for any reason.

The Cognac Jewellery School aims to deliver at least one new jewellery or silversmithing project a month. Failure to do so for any reason is not deemed grounds for a refund.
